Most of the folks I dealt with were pleasant, process to purchase went smoothly. Natalia was sweet and very attentive. She responded quickly when communicating back and forth. New Manager was nice as well. Finance person was pleasant when discussing extended warranty but when I decided to pay cash and not finance or get the extended warranty his demeanor changed.
