I went to Babylon Honda just to look around and with no intention of leasing or purchasing any vehicles. The minute I walked in Shemar McPhearson greeted me at the door. I explained to him my intentions for my visit and that I just wanted to look around. He was very polite and professional. He showed me a couple of vehicles and explained the different features between several models. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me at all. At the end of the evening I walked out with a brand new CRV. I didn’t have to deal with the back and forth nonsense between the manager and me. This was an extremely good experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a Honda model.

Natalia was excellent at communicating with me from the moment I inquired about the 2013 Mini Cooper Paceman S All4 to the day I drove it off the lot. Any question I had, if she didn’t immediately know the answer, she made sure to quickly find it for me. She also worked efficiently with my insurance company to secure the new insurance cards without any delays. When we were leaving the dealership and realized the tank was nearly empty, Natalia went above and beyond—she came with us to the gas station and put $20 worth of gas in the car using the business credit card. About a week after purchasing the car, we experienced an issue. I reached out to Natalia, and she and her manager promptly arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the Service Department the very next morning. She also ensured a loaner vehicle was ready for me so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. A few days later, she followed up to check on how everything was going. That level of service truly stood out. Although the car remained with the service team for six weeks due to delays in receiving MINI OEM parts, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Natalia, her manager, and Angel Fernandez, Servicer Manager and his service team. If we’re ever in the market for another new or used vehicle, I would absolutely consider returning to New Babylon Honda.

for the last 26 years i have bought cars from babylon honda however they changed i which i paid cash from my cars, this is the second lease car that i have ever done. Honda was my choice and then they changed to cal tec. the worse company to deal with and i will not lease from them again. honda was good reliable and always working with you. i have over840 credit score and they treated me like i had 100 credit score....
